Training Programs

The six basic obedience commands (Come, Place, Sit, Heel, Down, and Off) are taught in all the adult training programs. This set of commands will guide owners through problem solving and behavioral training leading to confident, well behaved dogs and a happier relationship with their humans.

Puppies

In Home Training

Training lessons in your home, unlimited follow up

Lifetime Training Program

Six weekly lessons covering the basic obedience commands, a public outing, and a review lesson. Most lessons are at your home with homework between each lesson. It's best to plan for an hour for each lesson.

For dogs 6 months or older. Includes lifetime follow up lessons, training collar, and leash. Unlimited group class may be added on (see below)

Board & Train

Two week training program in our home, unlimited follow up

Lifetime Training Program

Send your dog to board with us in our home for two weeks. Here, they'll learn their obedience commands, get public outings with Sam, and be treated as part of our family while they're here!

For dogs 6 months or older. Includes lifetime follow up lessons, training collar, and leash. Unlimited group class may be added on (see below)

Group Class

Unlimited weekly group class for training program graduates

$200

After your dog has completed either of the obedience training programs, you can enroll in our group class. We meet on Saturdays in downtown Columbia for a pack walk and command work.

Obedience Training

Puppy Class

Unlimited lessons for puppies 12 weeks to 5 months old

Early socialization is one of the most important things you can do with your puppy. One or more of our dogs will be present to provide socialization for your puppy. We cover basic obedience, house training, handling, problem solving, chewing/play biting, healthcare, and grooming

Puppies that move into the training programs may deduct the entire cost of puppy class from their training costs.
